Kelsey Looman brings more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, events, food and beverage, marketing, and community engagement to her role as Director of Operations at 3Bird. With a background that spans both hospitality and the golf industry, she brings a people first approach to overseeing the facility’s daily operations, events, memberships, programming, fundraising efforts, and community partnerships.
Community service and nonprofit work have long been an important part of Kelsey’s life. A longtime volunteer and youth advocate, she has dedicated her time to organizations and initiatives focused on strengthening communities and creating opportunities for children and families. Her service has been recognized with the President’s Volunteer Service Award, a national honor recognizing significant volunteerism and community impact.
At 3Bird, Kelsey uses that experience to help turn the organization’s mission into action, developing programs, partnerships, and experiences that welcome more families into the game while creating lasting opportunities for young people. For her, the work at 3Bird extends beyond golf. It’s about building community, removing barriers, and ensuring more kids have a place to learn, play, and belong.

Darcey McRay brings decades of experience in golf instruction, coaching, education, and youth development to the program. A former collegiate golfer at both UCO and LCU, Darcey has provided private golf instruction for more than 20 years, coached women’s golf, and is a U.S. Kids Golf Certified Instructor. An accomplished player herself, Darcey is a three-time Quail Creek Ladies Club Champion, earning the title in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
In addition to her role at 3Bird, Darcey is a Lower School Physical Education teacher and Head Women’s Golf Coach at Heritage Hall. She played an instrumental role in reviving Heritage Hall’s girls golf program after years of inactivity and has helped build it into a competitive program at the state level. Under her leadership, the Chargers have consistently advanced through postseason competition while developing standout individual golfers and creating new opportunities for young women in the game.
At 3Bird, Darcey brings together her experience as an
educator, coach, instructor, and competitive golfer to oversee golf instruction, private lessons, clinics, camps, programming, and tournaments. Her approach centers on creating a welcoming environment where golfers of all ages and abilities can develop their skills, build confidence, and find a genuine love for the game.

Aidan Webster serves as Golf Course Superintendent at 3Bird Golf Park, where he oversees the maintenance, presentation, and long-term health of the course and practice facilities. With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, Aidan is focused on creating exceptional playing conditions while maintaining the health, beauty, and sustainability of The Canvas year-round
.
Before beginning his career in course management, Aidan competed as a collegiate golfer at both the University of Wisconsin–Parkside and Southern Nazarene University. During his time at Parkside, he was part of tournament-winning teams at the MSOE Invitational and Cedarville Invitational while also earning multiple GLIAC academic honors. He later continued his collegiate career at Southern Nazarene, competing for the Crimson Storm at the NCAA Division II level.
Aidan’s experience as a collegiate golfer gives him a unique perspective as a superintendent, allowing him to approach course conditions through the eyes of both a player and a turf professional. At 3Bird, he brings that perspective to every aspect of The Canvas, creating a course that is beautiful, playable, and welcoming for golfers of every age and skill level.

Brittney Baez is part of the Guest Relations team at 3Bird Golf, where she helps create the warm, welcoming experience that makes every visit special. As both a mom and an experienced business owner, Brittney brings a unique combination of organization, hospitality, and a genuine understanding of families to her role with 3Bird Kids Foundation. From greeting guests and assisting with events to keeping the clubhouse organized and ensuring visitors have everything they need, she approaches each interaction with care and attention to detail. Brittney takes pride in making families feel at home at 3Bird and supporting the Foundation’s mission of creating positive, accessible experiences for kids through the game of golf.
