Our Story
During the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, local entrepreneur Chad Ford found peace on the golf course and healing through art. Inspired by these personal moments of clarity, he dreamed of creating a space where his own children—his “three birds”—could thrive. A place where they could grow strong through sport, express themselves through creativity, and feel grounded by the natural world.
What started as a personal dream quickly grew into a mission to share that opportunity with others. Founding 3Bird Kids Foundation Inc., Chad brought this vision to life in northeast Oklahoma City. Today, 3Bird Golf Park is more than a golf center—it’s a vibrant community space where the joy of play, the beauty of nature, and the power of art come together.
Here, moments become memories, healing happens in unexpected ways, and every visitor—young or old—is invited to connect, create, and belong.

Our team
At 3Bird, our leadership team is the driving force behind everything we do. Collectively, our staff brings decades of experience spanning nonprofit leadership, hospitality, golf operations, education, youth development, coaching, events, business management, and community engagement. This diverse background allows us to create an environment where exceptional service, meaningful programming, and unforgettable experiences come together.
While each staff member and director brings a unique area of expertise, we all share the same mission: to make golf more welcoming, accessible, and impactful for everyone. Whether we're developing youth programs, hosting community events, maintaining the course, teaching the game, or creating memorable guest experiences, our team is united by a passion for serving others and building a place where families, players, and our community can connect, learn, and thrive.
The people
Evan Griffith serves as Director of Golf at 3Bird Golf Park, where he oversees golf operations, player development, instructional programming, and the overall golf experience for guests of all skill levels. A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma's nationally recognized Professional Golf Management (PGM) program, Evan combines a strong foundation in golf operations with a passion for growing the game through exceptional instruction and customer service.
Director of Golf
Kelsey Looman serves as the Director of Operations at 3Bird Golf Park, where she leads the day-to-day operations, guest experience, and strategic growth of one of Oklahoma's premier golf and entertainment destinations. With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, golf operations, food and beverage, and event management, Kelsey is passionate about creating memorable experiences while building a culture centered on exceptional service, innovation, and community.
Director of Operations
Aidan Webster serves as Golf Course Superintendent at 3Bird Golf Park, where he oversees the maintenance, presentation, and long-term health of the course and practice facilities. Passionate about creating exceptional playing conditions, Aidan combines technical expertise with a hands-on approach to ensure every guest enjoys a beautiful, well-maintained course year-round.

Volunteer
Looking for a fun way to give back, gain experience, and make a difference in your community? Join the 3Bird volunteer team! We offer volunteer opportunities for individuals ages 16 and up throughout the year at our junior golf camps, community events, tournaments, and charitable fundraisers.
Whether you're helping introduce kids to the game of golf, assisting with event setup and activities, or supporting one of our community initiatives, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences while serving others. No golf experience is required for many volunteer roles, just a positive attitude, a willingness to help, and a passion for making an impact.
