The 3Bird Teen Advisory Board is a leadership program for motivated high school students (grades 9–12) from the Oklahoma City and Edmond area who are passionate about making a difference in their community. Board members serve as youth ambassadors for the 3Bird Kids Foundation, helping develop new programs, plan community events, volunteer at camps and fundraisers, and provide valuable insight into the needs and interests of local teens.

Members will gain hands-on leadership experience, collaborate with community leaders, strengthen their communication and teamwork skills, and earn meaningful volunteer hours while building an impressive resume for college, scholarships, and future careers. The board also provides opportunities to network with professionals, mentor younger participants, and create initiatives that leave a lasting impact on youth in our community.

The Teen Advisory Board is designed for students who want to grow as leaders, give back through service, and help shape the future of 3Bird. Through creativity, collaboration, and community involvement, members will play an important role in expanding opportunities for local youth while developing skills that will benefit them long after high school.
